WhatsApp is bringing a new feature related to calling for its millions of users. With this feature, users will be able to see WhatsApp call details in their phone’s main call log (Google Phone App). Currently, users have to open the app to view WhatsApp call history, but the new update coming for Android will solve this problem. Information about this new feature of WhatsApp was shared by a user on X. The user also shared a screenshot in the X post.
This feature coming to WhatsApp is not new. The company has been offering it in the phone app for iPhones. Now, it is ready to make an entry into Android as well. According to reports, WhatsApp calls appearing in the phone’s call log will be displayed with a green WhatsApp tag.
This will make it easier for users to distinguish between normal and WhatsApp calls. More information about this feature has not yet emerged. However, it is believed that in the coming days, the phone app will also start showing call history for Skype, Telegram, and Signal.

The sticker editor feature is also coming soon to WhatsApp. WABetaInfo has reported that this feature is being offered to beta users in WhatsApp Beta for Android 2.24.6.5. With this feature, users will be able to edit any image or sticker. After installing the update, the drawing editor will automatically appear when selecting a photo on the phone.
It will highlight subjects within the image, and if you don’t like the text, you can choose the best option from the other sticker options provided in the app. It is hoped that after the beta testing is complete, the company will roll out the stable version of this feature for global users.
