This time, the five-time champions Mumbai Indians (MI) seem to be off-track as they started off with poor performance so far. Mumbai Indians have played five matches and it seems that luck is not with them as they have lost three matches including their loss against Punjab Kings on April 23.
One of the major reasons for facing majority losses at the beginning could be their batting performance. The top-class batters of the team don’t seem to be warmed up yet as no one has won hearts from his stupendous batting performance so far. The defending champions haven’t crossed the 160-run mark yet in this season and this is an unexpected performance by a team for true fans.
The top four – Quinton de Kock, Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, and Ishan Kishan are playing their role and lifting the team up very well. However, the team and fans are demanding more potential from the three musketeers – Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya, and Kieron Pollard. Their dissatisfying performances so far have disappointed everyone and are hurting the whole team the most.
Pollard has shown a few glimpses of his thunderous batting and Hardik Pandya haven’t given his full protentional on the ground yet when it comes to batting but he is compensating with his bowling skill and keeping the balance. The team is most bothered about Krunal Pandya who has failed to perform well this time.
The left-handed all-rounder made his ODI debut in the series against England last month and contributed to one of his best performances. But, as IPL began, the spark within him seems to be lost and he hasn’t been able to carry his fabulous form this time in the IPL. So far, he has scored only 29 runs in the previous five matches at an average of 7.25 with a strike rate of 107.40.
He hasn’t performed well as a bowler too. He has only managed to pick three wickets so far and three wickets on such surfaces which are in the spinners’ favor right from the first match. He has bowled 16 overs in this season and has given 116 runs so far and picked wickets at an average of 38.66.
Krunal Pandya unnecessary aggressive reactions drew everyone’s attention
In this season of IPL, things are not going as expected from Krunal Pandya and he hasn’t been able to perform well so far. He has got everything that a true sportsman should have, but sometimes luck also shower its spell and this time luck doesn’t seem to be on his side.
It has been noticed in the previous couple of matches that he blasted of with aggression on his fellow team players for poor fielding (according to Krunal Pandya) as there was no chance that the ball could be stopped.
He was caught screaming unnecessarily on the camera, this made MI fans a little upset and he became a sensation again like the previous time for his tired face expression while batting. Many slammed Krunal for his rude behavior on the field and many trolled him through memes.
Here are some of the reactions:

Krunal pandya’s every delivery is ball of the decade.
It’s always fielders fault even if he gets hit for a six
