Directed by A.R. Murugadoss and starring Salman Khan, Sikandar hit theatres on March 30. Released during Eid, the political action drama was expected to break records and set new benchmarks on its opening day. However, the film neither received positive reviews from critics nor a strong response from the audience. While it managed a decent run for the first three days, its collection started dipping sharply after that.
How Much Did Sikandar Earn on Day 6?
When Sikandar was released, it looked like it could become the biggest hit of 2025. It had several strong factors going for it – direction by A.R. Murugadoss, the presence of superstar Salman Khan, and Rashmika Mandanna, who is often seen as a lucky charm. However, none of these worked in the film’s favour. By the fourth day, its performance had significantly weakened, and it failed to connect with the audience.
According to Sacnilk, here’s how Sikandar performed at the box office so far:
- Day 1: ₹26 crore
- Day 2: ₹29 crore
- Day 3: ₹19.5 crore
- Day 4: ₹9.75 crore
- Day 5: ₹6 crore
- Day 6 (early estimates): ₹3.75 crore
With this, the film’s total collection after six days stands at ₹94 crore.

Crossing 100 Crore Becomes a Tough Task
The film’s earnings are decreasing with each passing day. Now, even collecting a few crores seems like a challenge. Shockingly, despite being in theatres for six days, Sikandar is still struggling to cross the ₹100 crore mark. Made on a budget of ₹200 crore, the film’s poor performance has left the makers worried. All eyes are now on the weekend to see if the movie can bounce back.
