Bringing home the desi version of the international TV show Shark Tank, Sony Pictures has roped in well-known names from the startup ecosystem that includes founders of Shaadi.com, boAt, SUGAR Cosmetics, Emcure Pharmaceuticals, BharatPe, Lenskart, and Mamaearth.

What Is Shark Tank?
For the unaware, Shark Tank is a business reality TV show where ‘Sharks’ or wealthy investors listen to business pitches from participants who require funding. When sharks pour their money in for a business idea, they return for a stake in the company.
The Desi version of the show has onboard founders of many successful startups.
