In its 14-day theatrical run, Pushpa 2 has achieved remarkable milestones. On day 14, the film earned Rs 20 crore across India, marking its lowest single-day collection but still surpassing the opening earnings of many recent releases.
The Hindi version has emerged as the film’s top contributor, earning Rs 16 crore, while the Telugu version brought in Rs 3.2 crore. The Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil versions also added to the total. With these earnings, the movie is on track to cross Rs 1000 crore nett in India, cementing its status as a huge hit.
When Will Pushpa 2 Release on OTT?
As Pushpa 2 continues to dominate theatres, attention is now turning to its OTT release. Netflix has reportedly acquired the digital rights for a record-breaking sum. Although no official release date has been confirmed, speculation suggests the film may premiere on the platform on January 9, ahead of the Sankranti festival.
