Allu Arjun and director Sukumar’s Pushpa 2 is setting new benchmarks at the global box office. The highly anticipated sequel has grossed over ₹800 crore worldwide within just four days of its release. Trade analysts predict that the film will easily cross ₹1,000 crore before completing its first week in theatres.
The sequel has made a massive impact, particularly in the Hindi-speaking market. According to trade analyst Ramesh Bala, Pushpa 2 grossed over ₹800 crore globally during its opening weekend.
Record-Breaking Collections in Hindi Market
The Hindi version of Pushpa 2 has outperformed the original Telugu version, setting a new record as the first Hindi film to earn over ₹80 crore nett in India. As per Sacnilk reports, the film collected ₹141.5 crore nett in India on December 8 alone, with the Hindi version contributing an impressive ₹85 crore nett. The Telugu version earned ₹44 crore nett the same day.
In Tamil Nadu, the film collected ₹9.5 crore nett on Sunday, while the Malayalam and Kannada versions earned ₹1.9 crore and ₹1.1 crore nett, respectively.
Four-Day Collection Overview
The total four-day collection in India now stands at ₹529.45 crore nett, with the Hindi version playing a pivotal role, contributing ₹285.7 crore nett during this period.

Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2 continues the story of red sandalwood smuggling, picking up where its predecessor, Pushpa: The Rise (2021), left off. Allu Arjun returns as Pushpa Raj, joined by Rashmika Mandanna as Srivalli and Fahadh Faasil as Bhanwar Singh Shekawat. The cast also features notable actors like Jagapathi Babu, Dhananjaya, Rao Ramesh, Sunil, and Anasuya Bharadwaj.
