Paarijatha Parvam, directed by Kambhampati Santosh, is a charming Telugu film that combines action, comedy, and drama. Set against the lovely backdrop of a little village, the film takes us on a fanciful trip full with colorful personalities, unexpected twists, and uplifting moments.

The plot revolves around two characters, played by Sunil and Chaithanya Rao. Sunil plays a carefree artist who discovers a mystical flower named “Paarijatha.” According to legend, this rare flower blooms only once every century and bestows true love upon anybody who smells its aroma. Chaithanya Rao, on the other hand, is a straight-talking botanist who views folklore as mere superstition.

Their paths intersect when Sunil mistakenly sprays the Paarijatha’s smell on Chaithanya at a rural fair. What follows is a whirlwind of emotions as they both experience love, misunderstandings, and comedic situations. Shraddha Das and Viva Harsha deliver charming performances that lend substance to the story.

The film depicts the village’s rustic beauty nicely. The lush green meadows, vivid flowers, and charming buildings create an wonderful ambiance. Sunil and Chaithanya’s chemistry is apparent. Their humor and amusing interactions keep the audience entertained.

Viva Harsha dominates the evening with his perfect comic timing. His amusing one-liners and expressions are a highlight. The lyrical melodies highlight the melancholy moments. The song “Ninginunchi Jaare” stays with you long after the credits roll.

Paarijatha Parvam is a heartwarming film about love, friendship, and the wonder of unexpected encounters. While some narrative lines are predictable, the overall execution makes for an entertaining viewing.
