Operating Systems:

10 Pro operates on Oxygen OS based on Android 12. At the same time, 9 Pro comes with Android 11 that is upgradable to Oxygen OS based on Android 12. 10 Pro has a better efficient processor with Qualcomm SM8450 Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 being able to clock 3GHz. In contrast, 9 Pro have Qualcomm SM8350 Snapdragon 888 5G capable of clocking 2.84 GHz at peak.

RAM and Memory:

Both smartphones come equipped with similar 8GB and 12GB of RAM and different internal storage combinations. However, the OnePlus 10 Pro also offers 512GB 12GB RAM, an option that’s not included with the 9 Pro.

Camera:

OnePlus 10 Pro has upped the standards in battery aspects for smartphones in the same range. It comes with a 5,000mAh battery with an 80w adapter capable of charging the phone 100% in just 34 minutes. In contrast, 9 Pro comes with a 4,500mAh battery and a 65W adapter to charge the smartphone in 32 minutes.

Price:

OnePlus 10 Pro starts at the price of ₹66,999, while the OnePlus 9 Pro begins at ₹54,199. (The prices mentioned for the variant include 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.)

Final Verdict:

Although the OnePlus 9 Pro does fall behind against the 10 Pro in battery and processor, overall, the difference is not that great. One thing that hugely favours the OnePlus 9 Pro is that it costs around ₹12,000 less than the latest flagship device.
