During workout, problems like headache, shortness of breath and dry throat start occurring. There are many people who suffer from headaches during workouts. Headaches start immediately after any physical activity like walking, jogging or exercise. There can be many reasons behind this.

1- Lack of oxygen

Many times the body does not get enough oxygen while working out. Due to this, there is a lack of oxygen in the brain and headache starts. When you do intense physical exercise, hold your breath or breathe lightly. Due to this, oxygen is not able to reach the brain properly, which can cause headache. Take deep breaths during workouts.

2- Increase in BP

There is a lack of water in the body while exercising. When the body is not fully hydrated, then there can be a problem of headache in the condition. Therefore, if you sweat during workout, keep drinking liquid diet or water. It is very important to keep the body hydrated.

3- Lack of water

There is a lack of water in the body during exercise. When there is a lack of water in the body, the problem of headache starts. Therefore, you have to keep drinking water in between while working out.

4- Lack of sleep

When you work out in the condition of lack of sleep, you may have a problem of headache. This can cause a lot of fatigue in the body. This can also cause headache many times. If you do heavy workouts in the gym, then you have to keep your sleep pattern right.

5- Low blood sugar

When you do heavy workouts, the blood sugar level in your body may decrease. Due to low blood sugar level during workouts, hypoglycemia can occur. Due to which headache can also occur. During workouts, the body heat increases due to blood circulation. This causes thirst. In such a situation, if there is a lack of water in the body, then you may have a problem of headache.
