Review:
Prashant Neel has done a phenomenal job of establishing the characters and keeping up the hype and intricacies of the story moving together with an impeccable direction.
The sequel has a great and satisfying storyline for the viewers, and the action sequences are tailor-made for the masses to gobble up and spread a positive word about the film.
The bone-chilling sequences that give goosebumps come at a sharp time in the movie and keep the viewers engaged and craving for more.
For instance, the introduction of Rocky and Adheera is a masterclass of cinematography that sends chills down the viewers’ spine.
The climax for KGF Chapter 2 is brilliantly shot and comes packed with unseen and unpredictable twists and turns. The film’s final few moments elevate it further to make it a deserving watch.
The only thing that does not work in favour of the film is that Srinidhi Shetty is not used as per her potential in Chapter 2, and the flashbacks of Yash’s past tend to bring a halt to the suspenseful storyline.
Nevertheless, Yash, Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon have performed excellently in the KGF Chapter 2, and the direction and cinematography are equally exceptional.
The film has already earned the badge of a hit, but soon it will definitely turn into a box-office behemoth.
