Aadhaar Card is one of the most important documents that one can carry in India. Yet, it was only available for issuing in digital forms and until yet, if you want a plastic print, you have to get it from a third party printer.

Now, the situation is changing and according to the official tweet from the twitter handle of UIDAI named Aadhaar, it’s confirmed that we can order ourselves a PVC version of the same.

It adds mobility, security, and is more verifiable as it contains ghost images, QR code, issuing date, printing date, and even a hologram and embossed logo.
