What do the health experts have to say about these drinks?

Kristin Kirkpatrick, a licensed and registered dietician as well as the author of ‘Skinny Liver’ believes that coffee contains several health benefits. But consuming it with excess sugar and calories may disrupt its balance.

According to Andy De Santis, a registered dietician who has a master’s degree in public health community nutrition, Starbucks drinks are not devoid of nutritional value. These drinks of 16 ounces contain a healthy amount of protein and milk.

Starbucks’ drinks contain 2 percent of skim cow’s milk, along with coconut, almond, soy, and oat milk alternatives. Among these, cow’s milk and soy contain the greatest amount of protein.

What To Do Now?

You may not have to stop drinking Starbucks’s seasonal drinks.

Their seasonal holiday drinks are mostly bulked up with energy, but at the same time offer several health benefits.

Passarello says that these 8-ounce drinks contain roughly 30 percent of an average adult’s calcium needs. Rather than avoiding these drinks completely, you should savor them slowly. The only thing you may have to take care of when consuming these drinks is to be mindful of the portion sizes as well as how frequently you consume them.
