While cold drinks may seem like a refreshing choice, it is important to consume them in moderation and avoid drinking them immediately after eating food.

    As per the new study, drinking too much cold drink can be harmful for the body. According to the study, women in the world drink more cold drinks than men. Studies have shown that excessive consumption of sugary drinks significantly increases the risk of liver cancer. Drinking cold drinks can also cause hormonal problems in women.

Due to this, the risk of diseases like heart attack and diabetes can increase manifold. Therefore, if you are also drinking cold drinks or bottled drinks, then be careful in time.
