The Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan starrer “Kalki 2898 AD” has garnered an estimated ₹16.25 crore in India net collections over 18 days since its nationwide release, according to data from Sacnilk. The collection on July 14 (Sunday) saw a 13.24 percent increase compared to Saturday.
Since its release, “Kalki 2898 AD” has crossed ₹579.95 crore net in India across languages such as Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and others, as per Sacnilk data. Firmly in the ₹500-crore club, producers Vyjayanthi Movies claim it has surpassed the ₹700-crore mark in worldwide box office (BO) gains across all languages.
Directed by Nag Ashwin, the movie features Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Disha Patani, and Kamal Haasan in central roles. The post-apocalyptic film has maintained its lead in box office collections since its release. Reportedly India’s most expensive movie with a budget of ₹600 crore, “Kalki 2898 AD” premiered worldwide on June 27. Known as “Project K” before release, the film combines elements from the Hindu epic Mahabharata with science fiction.

“Kalki 2898 AD” saw its highest box office collection on Day 17 in Hindi, pulling an estimated ₹9.5 crore on Sunday (July 14), followed by Telugu (₹5.35 crore), Malayalam (₹75 lakh), Tamil (₹40 lakh), and Kannada (₹25 lakh).
