Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 Day 7 Box Office Collection: Kartik Aaryan Film Wraps Up Strong First Week, Overtakes Singham Again

Kartik Aaryan’s horror-comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has concluded an exceptional first week at the box office, maintaining strong momentum after an impressive Diwali opening weekend. According to Sacnilk, the film earned ₹9.50 crore nett on Thursday, marking its seventh day, though it experienced an 11% drop from Wednesday’s ₹10.75 crore nett earnings.

The film reported moderate occupancy across India, with Thursday’s overall Hindi occupancy at 23.54%. Mumbai recorded a stronger performance with 25% occupancy across 831 shows, while Delhi and the NCR saw 22.50% occupancy for 1,021 shows, reflecting a steady audience turnout. However, the occupancy rate has shown signs of decline as the week progresses.

This strong performance has brought Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’s total domestic collections to ₹158.25 crore nett, making it Kartik Aaryan’s fastest film to surpass the ₹150-crore mark. Industry analysts expect the film to cross the ₹200-crore milestone in its second week, buoyed by consistent box office returns.

Internationally, the film has also performed well and is anticipated to exceed the $6 million (₹50 crore) mark, though final figures for the first week are pending. By Wednesday, Anees Bazmee’s directorial had amassed a global box office total of ₹227 crore gross.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has managed to outperform Singham Again for the second time in a week, with Thursday’s earnings of ₹9.50 crore compared to the latter’s ₹8.75 crore. However, Singham Again still holds a ₹15 crore net lead overall, with total earnings of ₹173 crore. This development signals an ongoing and fierce box office competition between the two films.

Directed by Anees Bazmee, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 features a star-studded lineup including Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit, and Triptii Dimri. Its success is noteworthy given the stiff competition from Singham Again, which boasts a larger cast—Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, and Tiger Shroff—and a wider theatrical release. Despite these challenges, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has proven its lasting appeal and ability to compete with its star-powered rival.
