By adopting the latest 21.3 schema from the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Air India aims to revolutionize its ticket sales and services. The NDC system, based on an advanced XML standard, enables travel agents to access a wider range of services, including exclusive flight deals, add-ons, and personalized packages for both leisure and business travelers.

   

Nipun Aggarwal, Chief Commercial Officer at Air India, highlighted, “Implementing NDC is a major milestone as we continue to enhance our distribution strategy. Our focus is to provide a seamless and efficient booking experience for our customers and travel partners.”
