Directed by Greta Gerwig, the movie enjoyed a 53.67 percent occupancy in its English shows. Since the film appeals to both kids and adults, the evening screenings witnessed the highest demand, followed by the afternoon, night, and morning shows.
The family-friendly movie with subtle social commentary premiered at the same time as Christopher Nolan’s ‘Oppenheimer,’ which impacted its opening. The biographical film had an advantage in India, as it had already earned Rs 31.5 crore within two days.
