Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga Review

Yami Gautam’s love affair with thrillers continue in Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga. She has recently starred in A Thursday and Lost – two thrillers which are just mind-blowing from the get-go. Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga comes close to them but fails to overpower her precious releases stature.

Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga is shot beautifully as each scene delivers on its merits. The storyline becomes a bit mundane at the times and that is the only thing that drags this film. If you can look over a few unnecessary sub-plots and a bit of predictability then you will thoroughly enjoy this hostage thriller.

An aeroplane hostage setting is always fascinating to watch. The expectations with a plane hostage drama is so high that the viewers often end up feeling discontent at the end. Not many Hindi films have succeeded in giving viewers an enjoyable story that does not get boring and preachy.

Netflix Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga Review: Yami Gautam Shines in This Hostage Thriller

Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga is a film that paves the way for aeroplane thrillers in India. The movie works well with its limited set of pieces that it can use to maintain excitement. Yami Gautam is a class apart in this drama while Sharad Kelkar alo delivers a fine performance. Sunny Kaushal and the rest of the cast are also decent.

Director, Ajay Singh deserves praise for cultivating a hostage thriller that won’t give you a lot to think but definitely a lot to enjoy and forget.
