Moreover, the strategy that has been planned for the evaluation of class 12th board results CBSE students is quite unique. It is reported that out of 100% marks, 30 percent will be coming from the class 10th results, and another 30 percent from the final exams of 11th class, the rest 40 percent will be based on class 12th performance up until now.
Class 12 Board Exams: PM Modi Announces Cancellation, Says Students’ Safety is Our Major Priority
It is to be noted that for the first 30 percent marks meaning the 10th class marks evaluation, the best three subject scores would be given preference. Also, the 12th-grade marks which have the highest percentage will include gradings in the unit test/mid-term/pre-board.
But not to worry if you’re not satisfied with your final score in the 12th grade, there’s the solution for that as well. Now, as told by Attorney General K K Venugopal to Justices AM Khanwilkar and Dinesh Maheshwari, the students seeking a reform can have so. The method of which will be another exam conducted when the pandemic conditions get better.
So, if you’re someone who has been worried about your score due to your past performances then no need to fret, you’ll get your chances if you would want that.
Those who think that this is not a good strategy for marking the students should know some recent facts. After hearing the plea of the students on cancellation of the 12th board exams, there was a 12-member committee set up by CBSE to devise this strategy and they have come up with this in just 2 weeks’ time as not to waste anymore.
