The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the new dates for the CA Final, Intermediate, and PQC exams.
New Dates for CA Exam
The new dates for starting the exam are 05th July 2021 and onwards. The rest of the schedule and everything related to the exams will be announced later on. To check for the same, it is advised to keep a close watch on the official website of ICAI (www.icai.org).
The notification came through the official Twitter account of ICAI when they’ve released this information on the eve of 26th May 2021.
The official statement mentioned that “Chartered Accountants Intermediate (IPC) {Under Old Scheme}, Intermediate {Under New Scheme}, Final {Under Old & New Scheme} and Post Qualification Course, viz.,: Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) Technical Examination and International Taxation – Assessment Test (INTT – AT) of May 2021 Examinations shall now commence from Monday, 5th July 2021 across the globe,”
It is important to know that the exams have been postponed and rescheduled due to the sudden outbreak of Coronavirus. So, the format and pattern of the exams is still a questionable thing but will be clear out soon.
Going by the current ongoing conditions, things will go better by the time July hits in and thus, the decision to schedule the exams during those months is a wise choice.

Starting from the last year, most of the education system is being lagged down due to the pandemic. Now, the Ministry of Education along with all its subsidiaries are trying to bring everything on track as soon as possible and the new dates are a result of that effort only.
