The Noida Authority will develop a new industrial zone near the Noida Expressway in Sector 165. The land for this industrial area will be acquired from the villages of Mohiyapur, Gulawali, Dostpur Mangroli, and Nalgadha, covering 25 hectares. The authority will adopt a mutually agreed land acquisition process with farmers to make the procedure smooth and dispute-free.
According to officials, the authority already owns some land in Sector 165, but 90% of the required land is located in Gulawali village. Some of the remaining land is either encroached upon or inhabited. The authority already owns some land in Mohiyapur and Dostpur Mangroli, but no land has been acquired in Nalgadha yet.
